We operate on a pay-after-the-job model. You inspect the completed work before making any payment. If you are not satisfied with the result, please raise your concern before paying so we can address it immediately.
Since payment is collected only after the service is completed and inspected, refund situations are rare. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Please provide your name, contact number, date of service, and the nature of your complaint. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (cash or digital transfer). We reserve the right to offer a re-service instead of a refund at our discretion.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 2 hours before the appointment. No charges apply for timely cancellations. If an advance was collected for a specific booking (non-standard arrangement), it will be refunded in full for cancellations made within the required notice period.
