By using Home Shine Car Wash services or visiting our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Home Shine Car Wash provides doorstep car washing and detailing services in Siliguri and nearby areas. The specific services included in each package are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or our website contact form.
  • We will confirm your appointment by phone within a reasonable time.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or staff unavailability. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
  • Please ensure a suitable parking space is available at your location at the time of the appointment.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due after the service is completed to your satisfaction.
  • We accept cash and digital payments (UPI, bank transfer).
  • No advance payment is required unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change with notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before the service.
  • Provide approximately 2 buckets of water as needed for the wash.
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location.
  • Inform us of any pre-existing damage to your vehicle before the service begins.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Home Shine Car Wash shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by faulty or worn vehicle components, or damage resulting from conditions beyond our control. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the cost of the service provided.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by calling or WhatsApp messaging us at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations may incur a nominal fee at our discretion.

7. Use of Website

The content on this website is for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission. We reserve the right to update or remove any content at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
